# Ope Ltd

> Ope Ltd is an ArcGIS consultancy and software company based in Upper Hutt, Wellington, New Zealand. Founded in 2017 by Trevor Hart, it is a member of the Esri Partner Network. Ope designs, upgrades and health-checks ArcGIS Enterprise systems, and builds the Qonda tools for ArcGIS administrators.

Ope works with government, utilities, transport and infrastructure organisations in New Zealand, Australia and North America. "Ope" is Latin for the power or ability to help. "Qonda" means "to understand" in isiZulu and isiXhosa.
